Q: I want to cleanse, but I’m unsure whether to go for a juice detox or a Juice and soup plan. What’s best?

A: The answer is what’s best for you. Q: Will I get light-headed if I’m not eating solid food?

A: Not at all. You may have a headache and feel a little tired on the first day, but this will pass and your mind will actually become clearer as your cleanse progresses. Q: How long will my juices and soups last?

A: Your super fresh and un-pasteurised juices will last for 3 days once you’ve opened your box. This means you’ll need to start your cleanse or start using your juice box the day it arrives.

Q: Why do my juices separate? I think they’ve gone off.

A: Don’t worry, everything’s fine! Shop-bought products contain chemicals to stop the separation, which occurs naturally with raw juices and nut milks. Just shake your drinks and enjoy.

Q: How should I store my juices and meals?

A: Store everything in the fridge at 4 degrees and below as soon as they’re delivered and unpacked. If you’re planning to take your juices out and about, then use a frozen ice pack to keep them cool.

A: Unfortunately, we can’t ship overnight on Sundays; therefore our programmes can only run from Tuesday to Saturday.

Q: What’s better, a 3,6 or 9 day cleanse?

A: The length of a cleanse is a personal decision, although it depends on what you want to achieve and whether you’ve cleansed before. If you’re a newbie, then we’d recommend starting with a 3-day cleanse so you can see what it’s like. If you’ve done it before, then go for longer.
