Vegetable Wash
250ml/1 cup water
250ml/1 cup white vinegar
1 tbspn bicarbonate of soda
1/2 lemon
Mix all ingredients until chemical reaction stops and pour into spray bottle.

You will need to dust off your juicer and buy the following for a beginners one day juice cleanse with two days prep before and two days post juice to give yourself the best results

PRE JUICE DAY

Two days pre your juice day begin to cut back on the following

Caffeine
Alcohol
Wheat
Dairy
Processed meats
Sugars

Increase water to 2 litres each day and snack on unsalted nuts, carrot or a simple veg broth if hungry

Break-fast-gluten free

Stock up on detox tools

Epsom salts-pre bed bath will help speed up detox\cleanse results
